Dinner Diary: 6/14/10 -- Meat-Free Monday


  • Linguine with House-made Pesto
  • Zucchini and Oregano (from Jacqueline & Fe's garden!!) Sautéed with Spring Onions
  • Romaine Salad with Mushrooms and Cucumbers in a Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette

  3. Hey Boss! I specifically lugged a mortar and pestle back from Liguria for this purpose, but I cannot tell a lie -- I have not used it for pesto yet. Soon!
